STUDIO POLICY
At UNFLTRD Beauty, your safety, comfort and results are our priority. These policies are in place to protect both you as a client and our business, ensuring fairness, professionalism and the best possible treatment outcomes. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Deposits

- A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Outstanding balances must be paid in full on the day of treatment.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if the cancellation policy is followed.
Cancellations & No-Shows
​
- If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be retained, but no further charges will apply.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
- Outstanding fees must be settled before booking any future appointments.
Patch Testing
​
- For your safety, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first treatment with tints, dyes, lamination, lash lifts or permanent makeup.
- Patch tests are valid for 6 months unless your health changes.
- A new patch test will be required if:
- It has been longer than 6 months since your last test.
- You have new medication, pregnancy or medical conditions.
- You are switching to a new service or formula.
- Appointments cannot proceed without a valid patch test.

Age Requirements
​
- Clients must be 16+ for eyebrow and eyelash services.
- Clients must be 18+ for permanent makeup.
- Proof of age may be requested at your appointment.
Aftercare & Client Responsibilities
​
- You agree to follow the aftercare advice provided for the best possible results.
- Results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, health, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare.
- Accurate medical information must be provided before treatment. Changes to your health or medication should be updated before future treatments.
- We reserve the right to adapt or refuse treatments if it is unsafe to proceed.
Complaints & Resolution
At UNFLTRD Beauty, your satisfaction matters. If you are unhappy with your experience:
- Contact us directly within 7 days of your appointment.
- Provide photos or details so we can assess and advise.
- We aim to resolve fairly, whether by offering advice, booking a tweak/follow-up or agreeing a resolution together.
Refunds​
- Refunds are not offered for completed treatments.
- If you are not fully happy, we may resolve this by:
- Adjusting the treatment at a follow-up.
- Offering a tweak or re-do where appropriate.
- For permanent makeup: results are not final until the second session has taken place.

Insurance & Liability
​
- UNFLTRD Beauty is fully insured for all treatments offered.
- While every care is taken, we are not liable for results affected by factors outside of our control (e.g. client aftercare, pre-existing conditions).
Privacy & Data Protection

- We are GDPR-compliant and ICO-registered.
- Personal details and consultation forms are stored securely and never shared.
- Photos are only used with your consent.
- You may request a copy of your data or for it to be deleted at any time.
- Marketing emails are only sent if you have opted in.
